Training Equality & Diversity for Managers Communication and Language Support Training A new training resource is currently being developed which will help staff understand the communication difficulties experienced by many service users. The DVD will show good communications practice through a range of common scenarios. It will cover the use of interpreting, British Sign Language, and communicating with people with learning disabillities. The DVD will be used in training around communication support as well as across general training in the NHS as communication issues apply all areas of the service.
